Leeds Castle Festival of Flowers 2016

We were delighted to be the official supplier of all the flowers, foliage and sundries for this year’s Festival of Flowers at Leeds Castle.

The theme was ‘A Queen’s Castle’. All designers had to create a floral masterpiece with this in mind.

The preparation started for us on Wednesday with all the flowers coming in for quality controlling, cutting, conditioning and organizing into areas.

The flowers were then delivered on convoy with all 4 of our vans doing 2 runs each.

When we arrived we were greeted by the happy smiley faces of the Castle florist team, led by Louise Roots and various designers who had stayed around to help with off loading the flowers.

The event was to be set up over 2 days and opened to the public on Saturday 24th September until Wednesday 28th September.

Designers from across the UK and Europe came together to make this a truly spectacular event.

A big ‘Shout Out’ to some fabulous growers for sponsoring the following :

Amy Curtis – Van Der Lugt Lisianthus Dennis Kneepkens – Montana Lisianthus & Deijl Roses BV Van Der

Chrysal also sponsored some wet floral foam too.

I really like Keukenhof flowers. They have availability in different colors and anyone can use them as gift too. They really look adorable one too. The essay writing uk about these flowers history is also the good one for knowing about their international importance.
